Dale Miller PE, Transportation and Development Engineer and Planner
Dale Miller has several decades of experience successfully delivering transportation planning studies, development master plans and engineering projects. His overall experience includes the planning, design and construction engineering for airports, business parks and industrial developments, including transportation access facilities such as freeways, expressways, highways, urban arterials, collector roads, local streets and rail lines. Dale’s civil engineering experience includes infrastructure facilities such as water distribution, wastewater collection, and drainage systems, as well as site mass grading and subdivision platting. Dale has a good knowledge of public private partnerships, environmental clearance processes, budgetary cost estimating and public informational outreach. He is adept at working as part of facility and site study teams and has the ability to effectively work with diverse project stakeholders to achieve consensus.
Among other experience, Dale led GLDPartners’ engineering work on conducting a preliminary utilities mapping and assessment, an infrastructure evaluation report and site master planning for the Castle Commerce Center in California. This site includes airport and rail access considerations.
Mr. Miller has a BS in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, is a licensed professional engineer in seven states, and a registered land surveyor in three states. His memberships include the Institute of Transportation Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Public Works Association.
